The Swan Children

Lir is one of the five great kings of ancient Ireland. He lives in a golden palace and is powerful and wealthy beyond imagining, yet the joy of his life is his four beautiful children. But a terrible tragedy befalls the family. The children of Lir fall under an evil spell and are transformed into swans. Although this spell changes their outward appearance, they keep their entrancing singing voices. The singing swans become one of the treasures and wonders of ancient Ireland.
