Glow-Worm Night

is the story of two children who are taken glow-worming by their parents during Matariki. In order to reach the bank beside the local river where the glow-worms are, the family must pass through the bush, where they see and experience night-time animals such as morepork, possums and crawlies. This book takes readers on an adventure they and their families may have never considered possible in their own neighbourhood. There is a page of information abut where glow-worms might be found, and how to treat them if they are found. An excellent read-to for under sixes and a wonderful read alone for over sixes.
