Carol Faulkner

Carol Faulkner is a full-time children’s author living in Adelaide’s western suburbs. Her first book, “My Cat the Alien” (Barrie) was published after she completed a Diploma of Professional Children’s Writing in 1999. Other titles include “Dads Have No Shame” (Penguin), and “The Hunt for Houdini” (Funtastic). She is married with two teenagers, a German shepherd and a green tree frog. She enjoys music, reading, crosswords, and good times with family and friends.

Gregory Rogers

Illustrator Gregory Rogers was born in 1957 and lives in Brisbane, Australia. He has had several solo exhibitions and is one of Australia’s finest children’s book illustrators. In 1995 he was awarded the Kate Greenaway Medal for Book Illustration for Way Home by Libby Hathorn. Gregory is also a musician and a keen collector of CDs, antiques, books and anything that attracts dust.
