The Wishing-Chair Again

The Wishing-Chair gets captured by a giant called Twisty, and Mollie, Peter and Chinky the pixie have to get it back. The chair has its wings cut off by the Slipperies, and the children and Chinky take it to Chinky’s Great Aunt Quick Fingers who can make the wings grow back. The three friends then befriend a naughty brownie called Winks, whom they rescued from Mr.Grim’s School for Bad Brownies. Winks gets them into all sorts of trouble. In the end, though, Winks has to return to Mr. Grim, though he is happy because Peter gave him a Titbit Dish which he won from the Island of Surprises.
