Fair-Weather Friend

By Udo Weigelt · Illustrated by Nora Hilb

The cat gang roams the streets looking brave and adventurous. Finn longs to join them, but to do so, he must betray Max. ‘Cats aren’t friends with hamsters,’ the cats tell Finn. ‘If you stay friends with him, you can forget being part of our gang.’ Will the lure of the gang turn Finn into a fair-weather friend?

An exciting tale which sensitively raises complex questions of friendship and loyalty.
