In Natalie's Garden

In Natalie’s new garden is her little yellow wheelbarrow. She would like to wheel is upstairs like the builders next door, but Mum’s not having that. So Natalie pushes the wheelbarrow round the garden, where she encounters Sweet Cecily, a stone baby, a hedgehog, the whistling boy, some angry umbrella ladies and much more. In these nine enchanting stories, William Mayne captures to perfection a small child’s highly individual and imaginative view of the world.
