Monkey the Classic Chinese Adventure Tale

This story provides a glimpse into the powers of the mischievous Monkey King, who is able to transform himself into many different images such as a tree, a bird, a beast of prey or a bug as small as a mosquito. He can travel around the world three times in the blink of an eye! Filled with a host of memorable characters and delicious dialogue that young children will savor (and older ones delight to read aloud!). Illustrated by the renowned artist Lay-Khee Tay-Audouard, Monkey: The Journey Begins, promises to become another favorite in our growing collection of Asian children’s books.
