A Trip to the Library is a narrative about 4-6 year olds’ experiences of visiting a library. A young girl called Lauren visits her local library with her mother to become new members. She meets a regular member of the library who shows her around the children’s section. They browse through books, look at the videos and audio tapes, search for books on the computer and join in a story time and activity session. Covers library procedures of bringing back books, renewing books, and getting books out using a library card.
