Chloe's Wish

Chloe believes that wishes can come true – they float about in the air, just like big round bubbles. And she knows that if you’re very lucky you just might pop one, then a fairy godmother will appear with your wish. Chloe knows this because it happens to her – well, kind of. Unfortunately, Gloria, Chloe’s fairy godmother, has an awful lot of trouble getting the hang of giving wishes.
