Dentist Big Book

In response to a large number of inquiries about Big Books that can be purchased with funds from the Federal Government’s Library Assistance Grant, Heinemann Library is pleased to release titles from our popular People Who Help series in an enlarged format. Excellent resources for shared reading activities with small groups or whole classes, these titles highlight key roles played in communities throughout Australia. They have strong SOSE/HSIE curriculum links and are ideally suited for use in thematic studies in years P–2. Using pretend play as a starting point for learning about adult occupations and past-times, this is an imaginative, all-Australian series that enables children to compare and contrast the world of make-believe and real life.
