Edith's Book

This is the true story of a survivor of the Holocaust complete with photographs of Edith’s family and friends. Through Edith’s diary and letters the reader becomes part of a very close and remarkable family as they live their lives before the beginning of the war. This intimate knowledge of how loving, rich and complete their family life was makes the events which follow very difficult for the reader to accept. Through the story of Edith and her family it is easy to understand how so many Jewish people could not really believe the truth of the horrors which were occurring.
