Gift of the Gab

We discover in this sequel to ‘Blabber Mouth’ and ‘Sticky Beak’ why Rowena is mute and though she has a loving stepmother, she is determined to travel to France to discover details of her biological Mother’s death. Her father goes with her to avoid an expose on excessive agricultural spraying. Another book from this popular author that looks at the child parent relationship in an understated manner which complements the over-the-top humour.
