Good King Wenceslas Big Book

This big book is ideal for shared reading. Derived from the popular “My Very First Christmas”, this traditional Christmas story is presented in simple words and illustrated with child-friendly paper collage illustrations. Notes are included for parents and teachers putting the story in context and giving ideas for discussion. This book is published simultaneously with “Little Brigid’s Christmas”. ‘The vivid collage-style pictures, by Alex Ayliffe, beautifully complement Lois Rock’s spare, direct text. The stories are told with an exquisite simplicity which faithfully reflects the language of the Bible.’
