How Are You Feeling Now?

Feelings visit us all the time. They are a normal part of being human! This is the perfect picture book to help children understand and manage their feelings early on. This book looks at 12 complex emotions and makes them simple for children. From feeling proud, brave and grateful to frustrated, anxious and lonely, it shows children just what to do when they’re faced with these everyday emotions. Notes at the back of the book explain emotional intelligence to parents, carers and practitioners and provide more ideas and strategies to use with children. Written by an expert and covering topics like feelings, relationships, diversity and mental health, these comforting picture books support healthy discussion right from the start.
