Leeza Van Breeza's Nail-Biting Idea

Leeza Van Breeza is determined to win a trophy. There must be something she’s better at than anybody else! Her idea for glory comes when her mother asks her if she wants the world record for biting her nails. Immediately Leeza decides that she’ll grow her nails to world record length! Unfortunately, there are lots of things you can’t do when you’re terrified of breaking your nails, and Leeza has problems sticking to her goal. Soon she finds that her friendship with her best mate Teena is in jeopardy. It seems that Teena is becoming friendly with the most annoying boy in the school, Gino.
The kids in Leeza’s class have a couple of great projects lined up. One is to build a spaceship out of egg cartons (the student who brings in the most cartons will win a special prize), and the other is to do a project on their best friend. Leeza knows who she wants to write about. But will Teena write about Leeza, or (more likely) her new friend Gino? And who will win the prize for the best collection of egg cartons?
