Little Polar Bear and the Brave Little Hare

One day Lars, the little polar bear, hears a noise coming from a deep hole and finds a little Arctic hare named Hugo crying for help. Lars manages to get Hugo out of the hole, and the two start to play games. When Hugo is too frightened to slide down a steep hill, Lars says, “You aren’t a scaredy-cat, you are a scaredy-hare!” But as they play together, a fierce snowstorm blows up and the two friends become lost, far from home. Now it is Hugo who must find the courage to rescue Lars, and Lars who will learn what it’s like to be a “scaredy-bear”.
