Max and the Haircut

Max is going with Mum for his very first haircut but he doesn’t like Wendy’s Hairdressing Salon. It’s too bright and noisy. And then there’s the water spray, the uncomfortable cloth round his shoulders and the spiky hair clips. Before Wendy can start snipping, Max shouts,

‘STOP!’

But Wendy has a wonderful idea. Maybe a cat, a soft cushion and some bubbles could make a first haircut fun after all?
