Misha's Treehouse

Misha is messy. Her older brother Paul can’t stand sharing their cluttered room and so he begins to rebuild the old treehouse in the backyard so she can make her mess there instead. Misha’s imagination allows her to see possibilities in the ordinary, and her fantastic ideas make the new treehouse become a wonderful, magical retreat…

Elise Hurst (nee Fowler) is a full-time artist, living and working in Princes Hill, Victoria. Her main work at present is as an illustrator. Elise grew up watching her mother (prominent Melbourne artist Jacqueline Fowler) and many of her relations painting in a variety of styles. Elise says this gave her a head start and she was already painting pastel landscapes while at school. She has won many awards for her artwork.
