Only a Donkey

All the animals on the farm look down on the donkey, until one day they make a journey to a statue of Simpson and the donkey. There they listen to the story of the man and his donkey who worked tirelessly together to save wounded soldiers at Gallipoli.
Beautifully told and illustrated, this uplifting story of a donkey’s humility and courage inspires the other animals from the farm, even the cynical old bull, just as it will inspire readers young and old.

This book will offer children and adults endless pleasure as they view the superbly illustrated animals making their pilgrimage across the pages. The cast of characters include a sheep, a horse, a dog, a cat, a cow, a rooster, a goat, a pig, a duck, an alpaca, the bull and the donkey.
