Our Forests

On this wilderness adventure – the second book in Yuval Zommer’s Our Wonders series – readers will come face-to-face with incredible creatures, from giant otters in the Amazon rainforest to wild wolves making a comeback in the Black Forest. They’ll visit remarkable and diverse forests from all over the world, including a steamy tropical rainforest in central Africa, the wintry boreal forest in Canada, leafy ancient woodland in the UK and bamboo forest in China. They’ll also learn why forests are so important to our planet and why they need our protection.
