Roland Wright at the Joust

He’s been at Twofold Castle for just a month, but Roland’s skill and determination have already impressed the king’s bravest knights. And Roland is ready for his first tournament. He is only meant to be watching, of course. But when Little Douglas, the best fighter of his height in the known world, throws down a challenge, things become a great deal more serious.

Can Roland – or his pet mouse Nudge – save the day? Will nasty Hector make things even worse? And why is Jenny Winterbottom suddenly back on the scene?

With swordsmanship, jousting, chivalry, comedy, tragedy and even a little bit of poetry, Roland and Nudge find themselves in their tightest scrape yet in book three of their amazing adventures.
