Safe in the Ark and Other Bible Stories

Life was very different in Bible times, but children still liked to laugh and joke and play – and to hear stories and tell them. In this collection are some of the most popular and amazing stories ever, as told to and by children from long ago. Read all about the days of Creation and the triumphs and trials of the first man and woman. Discover what happened to Noah and the animals on the Ark. Meet David and Goliath, Samson and Delilah, and Joseph who owned the many-coloured coat. A wonderful book, told with simplicity and warmth. Illustrated with bright and friendly paintings, Safe in the Ark is perfect to read alone or to share.
