Saving Saddler Street

On the day that Sim decided that his school was old fashioned and he’d be better off learning at home on his computer, the news comes that the school is about to be closed. Over the years hundreds of migrant children have been taught at Saddler Street School including generations of the Papamanos family. Does anyone really care about an old school? Sim discovers that they do. Based on the closure of schools with declining numbers readers and their parents will find the characters and places both endearing and familiar from the author of award winning ‘Nips X1’.
