Skellig: A Play

Shortlisted for the Whitbread Children’s Book of the Year

Michael and his family have just moved into a run-down house when his baby sister becomes desperately ill. He makes friends with Mina, his new next-door neighbour and rummaging around in the garage, he stumbles across a peculiar figure — a shadow of an old man, covered with cobwebs. This is Skellig, part spirit, part angel, part human being who opens Michael and Mina’s minds to a new world.
