The Old Stories

Terrific and terrifying stories from ancient East Anglia and the Fen Country, brilliantly retold by one of the UK’s greatest storytellers.
East Anglia is an ancient land with its own traditions and stories. This is a collection of 26 East Anglian folktales, tales which have an earthiness, a quirkiness and a vitality which makes them a joy to read.
