Paul Collins

Paul Collins pioneered the publishing of heroic fantasy in Australia. In 1975 he launched Void, a science fiction magazine. During the eighties he published the country’s first heroic fantasy novels by Keith Taylor, David Lake and Russell Blackford. His novels include ‘The Dog King’, ‘The Great Ferret Race’, ‘The Earthborn’ and ‘The Wizard’s Torment’.

Sean McMullen

Sean McMullen had his first professional stories published in the late 1980s, and since then has had twelve books and fifty stories published, including ten young adult works in various anthologies. He has won a dozen awards for his writing, and has had his works translated into French, Polish, Japanese and Russian. When not writing, he works as a computer manager, fences and teaches karate at Melbourne University, and is studying for a PhD.
