Two Moons

‘There were two moons last August – one that was almost full at the beginning when our lives were normal, and then a big full cheater moon at the end, one that looked down so beautifully on the world when everything was awful and changed and never would be the same again.’ This is Sidonie’s story: How she copes with the death of her mother just under a year ago on her birthday. How she and her sister never quite manage to talk about the things they really need to talk about. How her father hides himself in his work. And Sidonie’s budding romance with the hypnotic, wonderful Kieran.
