Who Will Go to School Today?

One day Sam decides he does not want to go to school. But how will he get away with that? He comes up with the idea of sending his stuffed monkey, Timbo, in his place. As he dresses Timbo in his school clothes, he tells him how to behave, and describes all the things the monkey will do at school. Soon Sam realises what a good time Timbo will have and how bored he will be at home by himself. Perhaps he should reconsider who will go to school.
Whether it’s first-day jitters or middle-of-term nerves, here’s the perfect solution for children who don’t want to go to school.
