Worried Arthur: Countdown to Christmas

Worried Arthur’s Christmas is a beautifully illustrated picture book from Ladybird.

Arthur is a penguin and a worrier. With Christmas only a few days away Arthur is even more worried that usual. In fact, he can’t sleep at night. How will Santa find him? What if he gets lost, or stuck in the snow, or runs out of toys, or even worse, doesn’t come at all? For a penguin in a pickle, there’s only one thing to do – ask Dad for help!

The gentle text by Joan Stimson and fantastic illustrations by Jan Lewis make this a lovely book that is perfect for sharing together with young children.
